Why some of us are early risers
...suddenly all my sleeping issues seem to make sense. Clearly, I must have the shorter form of this gene because it only makes sense that I'm an extreme evening person. All of my individual research seems to indicate that I sleep best during the hours of 3:00am and 8:00am. I'm almost never tired before 1:00am and usually have to force myself to go to bed any earlier than that. And let's not even start with the 5 separate alarms it takes to wake me up before 9:00am!
