Fucking Wendy Pepper... I hate her and hate myself for liking her collection. Oh, and Austin... what were you thinking my dear sweet Austin? I'm thinking if Jay doesn't win, Target should hire him so I can buy his clothes.

So, Prince Charles is finally gonna marry Horsilla Parker Bowles. I think it's about time... but I'm still glad that she'll never be Queen.

I know it's a popular opinion that Charles should have married her to begin with but think about this: Princess Diana was the only hope for that guy to ever reproduce hot heirs. And who'd want to live in a world without Wills & Harry?

Can you imagine what the heir and the spare would look like if Camilla had been their mother. Ew. I think I just threw up a little.

There's finally a new episode of Lost on tonight... yea! Also, it's the Project Runway episode where they finally choose the Top 3. And let's hope they finally reward us all for watching by killing off the Wendy character. Oh wait, it's a "reality" show? Fine, then just get rid of her already. Untalented hag. And that's all I have to say about that.

Oh yeah, the new season of America's Next Top Model is almost here. Just in time for the end of Project Runway. I hear that there's no token fat girl this time but I'm sure they'll still be a token eating disorder so we'll still have to sit through lots of body image discussions led by Dr. Tyra. And hey, Tyra still looks like an alien so at least some things never change.

Just Like I Said...

Remember when I was ranting about Project Runway and how the judges shouldn't be telling Austin that his wedding dress isn't a wedding dress? And how my argument was: "I've followed fashion for half of my life and I've seen some pretty wanky wedding gowns go down the runway." Well, just to prove my point, here is Jean Paul Gaultier's take on the wedding dress for Haute Couture Spring 2005:



Now, I'm not saying this dress is horrible or anything cause I love me some JPG... what I am saying is it's up to the designer to interpret the clothes and the consumer to decide whether they'd wear it or not. And while I realize that Project Runway is a competition and the judges reserve the right not to like an outfit, I don't think they should be allowed to make grand sweeping statements about whether something is or isn't what the designer intended it to be. I'm just saying.

Meanwhile, back to ranting about Project Runway... DOWN WITH WENDAROSA! I can't believe they sent home Kevin over Wendy last night. If she makes it to the top 3, I'm going to... I don't know what I'll do but I'll be pissed!!
