HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! This is as funny as the Aluminum Can Council or whatever they were called...

Horseradish Information Council

I wanna start a information council on some lame-ass topic. Any suggestions?

I don't have an American Express and I probably never will but it doesn't mean I can't enjoy their funny Seinfeld & Superman webisodes:

Spring Forward!!! Spring Forward!!! Isn't it a little early to Spring Forward? I always thought it was later in April. Oh, well, looks like I'll only be getting 11 hours of sleep on Saturday... hehehe.

Daylight Saving Time starts in Europe and North America

Ha-ha... I remember my original OC point!

I thought of this when we were in Orlando which is in Orange County in Florida. Of course, if you know anything about The OC, you know that OC stands for Orange County... as in Orange County, California. My friend Brian lives there. I've never been able to figure out why it's called The OC though. Brian lives in the Orange County sounds stupid. But once again, not the point.

Point is... you know how CSI and Law & Order have all these spinoffs? Like CSI: Miami and soon to be CSI: New York City... well, I think they should have an OC spinoff -

The OC: Florida.

Yep. That was my big point. Fox needs to get on that. That is all.

I'm not ashamed to say that I love The O.C. I avoided it at first as I usually do with overly-hyped shows (plus it's on opposite "Angel," which I was making a half-assed attempt to follow this season - keyword here: was). Anywho - my mom (of all people) kept asking me if I watched it so I gave it a shot. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it... much for the same reason that I LOVE LOVE LOVE Las Vegas on NBC. It's the perfect balance of comedy and soap- opera- like drama. It's got actors who I've always liked - Peter Gallagher & Tate Donovan and new, younger, hot actors who seem to actually be able to act. And the storylines are nicely balanced between the adults and teens. I could go on and on... and I will.

My one problem with the show is a problem I have with a lot of other soapy shows... the main female character. Your always supposed to feel sympathy for this character and wish that they'd end up with the main guy (at least until next week's episode) - in the case of Las Vegas it's Mary and in The OC's case it's Marissa. Maybe it her creepy resemblance a praying mantis or her slightly lispy voice or her awful wardrobe but there's something about Marissa that I just don't get...

And I had a completely different point to this post which I have now forgotten... I'll think about it over some power yoga.

Later.

So two of my Jackie Magnets were recently ruined in an unfortunate blueberry juice incident and I was all sad cause I didn't think I'd be able to replace them... I bought them originally at the Smithsonian on a D.C. trip with Alyssia & Mike years and years ago (ok, 4 or 5 years ago). Anywho - the point is that I'm not sad anymore and they're cheaper this time.

:-)

I just noticed that I haven't seen quite a few Queer Eye episodes lately... but that's not what this post is about. It's about this other great show on Bravo:

Significant Others

Hilarious... and that's all I'm saying.

But where's this couple? Haven't seen them yet.

Wha??? Here's something to blog about... Madonna's goin' on tour. So far, no Cleveland date or even Detroit (what's up with that). Maybe they'll add more dates soon. Since she's on my shortlist of people I'd pay to see in concert, maybe I'll consider a roadtrip to see her. Hehe... roadtrip. Either way, if I'm going, I'm kidnapping Miss Shani to go with. Because who else would I take to a Madonna concert? But all this is contingent on all sorts of ifs... so I won't get my hopes up.

Madonna gets into groove with new tour

It's weird how hard it is for me to think of stuff to blog about anymore. Like my mind is suddenly devoid of all thought... thoughts... whatever. I swear they're still there... they just hide out when I'm sitting in front of my blank blogger page.

Lil' f#ckers.

Courtney Love is a poser and she looks downright creepy anymore...

not that she was ever a beauty queen. Either way Drew Barrymore looked way hotter when she flashed Dave forever ago:

That's just my opinion...

Woo-hoo! Best. Fake-News. Ever.

I feel like I may have finally gotten enough sleep - or maybe it's just the yoga. Either way - lots of energy today. And the weather... it's typical that I go to Florida and it's colder there than it is here. I think that happened the last time I went to California, too. And now it's gonna get cold here again next week... boo!! I want to go on a real vacation sometime this year - who's with me?

I'm sooo tired... when we were in Florida it felt like we were there for so long but now it seems like we were never there at all! It probably didn't help that I barely got any sleep my last night there :-) and that we didn't get back til late on Sunday... Now I've got to spend the whole next week trying to re-adjust my sleeping schedule yet again. Bleck...

Oh yeah, I have a blog...

:-)

Where to begin? New office? Florida? Oscars? Hmmm...

Ok, new office - we at SageRock are no longer taking up precious home theater space. We are now taking up very little space in our very big new loftice (loft office) and it is nice. We all have plenty of space to our selves including Rocco the dog who has the biggest fluffiest dog bed in the world!

Florida was pretty fun. But very cold. The fuck? It was actually warmer here yesterday than it was by the pool in FLORIDA. Still we squeezed a bit of fun in around the Pub Conference including Universal Studios - Islands of Adventure. Plus, so much food and a decent amount of drinking. And a little action... which I won't be posting about on my blog.

The Oscars - I didn't get to see too much of them last night because we didn't get back to Akron until 11ish so I don't have much to say yet. I'm sad that Bill Murray didn't win but I'm sure Sean Penn was deserving, too. So far my only fashion comment is about Nicole Kidman, (who's dress I loved) and it's not so much of a comment as a question... what color was her dress? So far today I've read light green, light blue and gray as options...

That's all for now... I promise I'll try to be a better blogger in March!
